The AirTAC GFR20006MLJC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1/8 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR20006MLJC1WTK is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration has a 1/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), a manual drain for emptying the bowl by hand, and the low-pressure regulator type. A round external gauge with an MPa scale is fitted, the K reverse (check) valve is included, and no mounting bracket comes with this code. The bowl is polycarbonate, as used on the 200 size.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um standard or 5 um elements, gauge and thread options. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR200 | G-series filter regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering plant air to 5 um and regulating it at low pressure for atomizing nozzles on a coating or humidification line, with the manual drain emptied during routine checks.
Supplying clean, regulated low-pressure air to small clamps and actuators at an assembly bench, with the round MPa gauge giving a local pressure readout.
Conditioning compressed air for a lab or test-rig circuit where fine 5 um filtration and gentle low-pressure regulation help protect sensitive instruments.
Choose the size by port and expected flow: 200 is the smallest step, fitted here with a 1/8 in NPT port, while 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (default), automatic (A) or manual (M) as on this unit - manual means opening the drain by hand at intervals. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with W, as fitted here. Gauges come as an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales; this code carries a round MPa gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options - this unit is NPT. Brackets are optional and not included on this code. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. The exact adjustment range of the low-pressure type is likewise not published. Tell us your flow and working pressure and we will confirm both from the datasheet on request.
This code carries M, a manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand at intervals. The same family is also available with differential-pressure (default) or automatic (A) draining, and with a 40 um standard element instead of the 5 um (W) element fitted here.
