The AirTAC GFR20006MLJF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR20006MLJF2GK is a GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 200-size unit carries a G1/8 (BSPP) port, a manual drain, the standard 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type. A square pressure gauge scaled in psi is included, and a reverse/check valve is fitted, so the downstream setting is held if supply pressure dips. The polycarbonate bowl gives a clear view of condensate and is emptied by hand. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of PT, G or NPT thread, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, standard or low-pressure regulation, gauge scale options, and bracket or no-bracket mounting. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR200 | G-series filter regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding cylinders and actuators on a carton-sealing or wrapping line, where the low-pressure regulator holds a modest setpoint and the 40 um element keeps water and debris out of the machine's valves.
Supplying gate, stopper and diverter cylinders along a conveyor run, with the manual-drain bowl bled during scheduled line checks and the psi gauge read at the drop.
Regulating low-pressure air to gauges, sensors or small test rigs on a bench, where the fitted check valve holds the downstream setting if the shop supply dips.
Size and port: 200 is the smallest GFR frame; step up to 300, 400 or 600 for larger ports and more flow - match the frame using the flow curves, not a single rating. Drain: this unit is manual-drain; choose automatic or differential-pressure drain if you cannot visit the bowl to bleed condensate. Filter grade: the standard 40 um element suits general air preparation; specify W for the 5 um element where finer protection is needed. Regulator: this is the low-pressure type - confirm its adjustment range against your setpoint before ordering, as the exact range for this variant is not published. Gauge: the square gauge scaled in psi is fitted; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are options. Thread: G (BSPP) here; PT is the standard thread and NPT is orderable. Mounting: no bracket (J); bracketed versions exist in the series. Because flow is published as curves, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow curves and correct sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code sets a manual drain: condensate collects in the polycarbonate bowl and is released by hand at your chosen interval. If you cannot check the bowl regularly, ask about automatic or differential-pressure drain versions of the same unit.
