The AirTAC GFR20006MLJF3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 5um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR20006MLJF3WT is a GFR200 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in one body. This configuration is a 1/8 in NPT unit carrying the finer 5 um filter element, a manual drain on the polycarbonate bowl, a low-pressure regulator, and an embedded square gauge reading in bar. No mounting bracket is fitted and no reverse/check valve is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge scale and thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR200 | G-series filter regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure regulated air feeding small cylinders and grippers at a manual assembly bench, where the 5 um element helps keep water and fine debris out of the downstream valves.
Supply line for vacuum cups and hold-down actuators on a carton packaging conveyor, with the regulator set to the lower pressures such cup circuits run at and the manual drain emptied during changeover.
Point-of-use air conditioning for a lab or pilot test rig that needs clean, gently regulated compressed air at modest pressures, with the bar-reading square gauge for direct setting.
The real, decodable choices are: size (200/300/400/600) and port (1/8 to 1 in) stepped against the flow your line needs; drain type - differential-pressure (default), automatic or manual, this unit being manual, so the bowl is emptied by hand at intervals; filter grade - 40 um standard or 5 um with code W, this unit carrying 5 um; gauge - embedded square as standard with an optional external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scales (this one reads bar); thread - PT as standard, G or NPT to order; and bracket, which this unit omits (code J). As a low-pressure type it regulates below the standard range; the exact range is not published, so confirm it with us. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application and we will confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and the flow your application needs and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request.
The polycarbonate bowl collects separated water, and with the M code you drain it by hand rather than automatically. If you prefer automatic or differential-pressure draining, those are decodable options in the GFR range - ask us for the equivalent model.
