The AirTAC GFR20006MLNT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR20006MLNT is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at a set point in one compact body. This 200-size unit is threaded NPT1/8, drains its polycarbonate bowl by hand through the manual drain, and carries the standard 40 um filter element. It is the low-pressure type, is supplied without a gauge, and includes a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, and NPT, G or PT thread options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR200 | G-series filter regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding pilot air to the directional valves on a carton-sealing or stretch-wrapping machine, where clean, moisture-reduced air at a steady low set point keeps valve shifting consistent through the shift.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to bench-top analyzers or pneumatic sample-handling fixtures, where the manual drain suits intermittent use and the 40 um element protects sensitive internals.
Regulating supply to air screwdrivers, small clamps and blow-off nozzles at an assembly bench, with the included bracket mounting the unit neatly at the point of use.
Size and port set the flow path: this unit is 200 size with a 1/8 in NPT port, so match it to the line size and air demand of the equipment it feeds. The manual drain means an operator opens the bowl drain periodically; choose automatic or differential-pressure drain if the unit will sit where it cannot easily be reached. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify code W for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. Thread here is NPT, with PT and G (BSPP) available as order options. As the low-pressure type, its regulation range differs from the standard unit, so ask us to confirm the exact range and the flow curves from the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the GFR200 is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line size and air demand and we will confirm the correct size and port from the AirTAC datasheet on request.
The M in the code means the polycarbonate bowl is drained by hand: an operator opens the drain at the bottom of the bowl to release collected water. If the unit will be mounted where it cannot easily be reached, ask us about the automatic (A) or differential-pressure drain versions of the same GFR200 size.
