The AirTAC GFR20006NWTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR20006NWTK is a size-200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one compact body. This configuration has a 1/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two available grades), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through, a standard regulator with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and a reverse/check valve fitted to hold downstream pressure when the supply drops. No gauge is fitted on this variant, and a mounting bracket is included. The polycarbonate bowl is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the unit operates from -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400 and 600) with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and each size can be ordered with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge options, thread variants and bracket choices. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds and regulates the air supply to a clamp cylinder on a milling or drilling fixture, where the 5 um element protects the clamp valve from fine particulate and the reverse/check valve holds clamp pressure if the shop air dips.
Conditions the air feeding gripper and vacuum-generator valves on a compact packaging or assembly cell, with the differential-pressure drain keeping condensate out of the valves during continuous running.
Provides clean, regulated air to a small laboratory or QA test bench, where the 5 um grade and stable 0.15-0.9 MPa regulation give the instrument circuit consistent air without a separate filter and regulator.
Start with the port and size step: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, the smallest in the GFR range, so match it to the air consumption of the tools or actuators it will feed and step up to GFR300, GFR400 or GFR600 if the line demands more. Choose the drain type deliberately: this variant uses a differential-pressure drain, which suits continuous-flow lines; pick automatic drain for intermittent duty with no operator attention, or manual drain where an operator can bleed the bowl on a schedule. The 5 um element here is the finer grade - choose it when downstream valves and cylinders need cleaner air than the standard 40 um element provides. Gauge and scale options (square embedded or external round, MPa/psi/bar) can be ordered on other variants; this one ships without a gauge. Thread is NPT here; PT (standard) and G are the other order options, and a bracket is included.
One honest note before you order: flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so we cannot quote a rated flow number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the relevant datasheet curve and sizing on request before you order.
The W in the code GFR20006NWTK selects the optional 5 um filter element instead of the standard 40 um, and the N selects the no-gauge variant - useful where a gauge is mounted remotely or not needed. If you want a gauge fitted, the same size is available with an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales.
