The AirTAC GFR20008LC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200 series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body, so one panel position does both jobs. This GFR20008LC2TK is configured with 1/4 in NPT ports, the low-pressure regulator type for circuits that run at reduced set pressures, a differential-pressure drain on the polycarbonate bowl, a 40 um filter element, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, a built-in reverse/check valve and a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, an optional 5 um element (code W), automatic or manual drains, G or NPT thread options and a choice of gauge styles and scales. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm flow and other datasheet values for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clamp and hold-down cylinders on workholding fixtures that run at reduced set pressures, with the built-in reverse/check valve blocking backflow toward the upstream side.
Filtering and regulating supply air to actuators and pneumatic tool circuits on machining cells, where the 40 um element catches pipe scale and water and the psi gauge gives a readable setpoint.
Conditioning air for diverters, pushers and sealing cylinders on packaging conveyors, where one filter-regulator body saves panel space and plumbing over separate filter and regulator units.
The real choices on this family: step the size (200/300/400/600) and port (1/8 to 1 in) to suit the duty of your circuit; pick the drain - differential-pressure (this unit), automatic (A) or manual (M); choose the 40 um standard element or the 5 um W grade for finer protection; select gauge style and scale (embedded square standard, external round optional, MPa/psi/bar); and order PT, G or NPT thread - this unit is NPT. A J code deletes the bracket; this unit includes one. The L code selects the low-pressure regulator type for circuits set below the standard range.
Flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The L code selects the low-pressure regulator type, intended for circuits set below the standard range. AirTAC does not publish the exact regulation range for this variant, so tell us your set pressure and we will verify it against the datasheet on request.
