The AirTAC GFR200C06JF1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06JF1TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This size 200 unit is fitted with a 1/8 in NPT port, a differential-pressure drain on the bowl, 40 um standard filtration, an embedded square gauge reading in MPa, and a reverse/check valve that holds downstream pressure when the upstream supply is lost. It ships without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator adjusts from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with 1/8 in to 1 in ports, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, and gauge scale choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air ahead of a directional-valve manifold on a compact machine, with the check valve holding the downstream setting during brief supply dips.
Filtering and regulating the air feeding stopper, pusher and divert cylinders on a packaging or bottling conveyor line.
Point-of-use air prep at an assembly bench, delivering filtered air at a set pressure to hand-held pneumatic tools or small clamps.
Size this unit by port and flow: the 200 frame with a 1/8 in NPT port suits compact drops and low-flow circuits; step up to 300/400/600 when the line demands more air. Choose the drain to match access: differential-pressure (as fitted here) bleeds automatically with flow, automatic (A) dumps condensate on its own, and manual (M) needs someone to open the drain. Filtration is 40 um as coded; specify W for 5 um where finer protection is needed. The square MPa gauge is fitted; psi or bar scales and an external round gauge are options. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as catalogue options, and the J code here means no bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your line pressure and the air your application consumes, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
K means a reverse/check valve is fitted. It prevents backflow and holds the regulated downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops, which is useful on circuits where a momentary supply loss must not dump the setting.
