The AirTAC GFR200C06JF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/8, 40 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body for compressed air. This GFR200C06JF2K is a size 200 unit with a PT 1/8 inch port, a 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain and a standard regulator adjustable from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). It is fitted with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi and a reverse (check) valve, and it is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the bowl on the 200 size is polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options across the range include 5 um filtration (code W), automatic or manual drains, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, an external round gauge and a mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm flow and datasheet details for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a clamping press fed from a shop air main, the regulator holds the set pressure at the clamping cylinder while the 40 um element stops rust and pipe scale reaching the control valve.
Installed upstream of a CNC machining centre's air-fed components, the unit cleans the supply and sets the pressure the machine builder specifies, with the check valve already fitted on this code.
On a packaging line driving small sorting and pusher cylinders, the 1/8 inch PT port suits compact point-of-use installation close to the actuators it supplies.
Choose the size and port against the air demand of the downstream circuit: 200 is the smallest GFR size and here carries a 1/8 inch PT port, while 300, 400 and 600 step up through 1/4 to 1 inch ports for larger supplies. Drain type is a real choice on this family: this unit uses the differential-pressure drain (the default), with automatic (A) and manual (M) versions available to order. Filtration is the standard 40 um element; specify W for the 5 um grade where finer protection is needed. The fitted square gauge reads in psi, and MPa or bar scales plus an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and this code (J) omits the optional mounting bracket.
Flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not a single rated number, so no rated flow is quoted here. Send us your application's air consumption and working pressure and we will confirm sizing and the full datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number for this unit. Send us your application's air consumption and working pressure and we will confirm the flow curve and the full datasheet for the GFR200C06JF2K on request.
The GFR family is offered with three drain choices: differential-pressure (the default, fitted on this unit), automatic (code A) and manual (code M). Differential-pressure and automatic versions share a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) regulation range, while manual-drain versions are adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Any drain type can be specified when ordering.
