The AirTAC GFR200C06MC2 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/8, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MC2 is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation in a single compact body. This 200-size unit is threaded PT1/8 (1/8 inch), uses the standard 40 um filter element, and is fitted with a manual drain, so condensate is released by opening the drain valve at the bottom of the bowl during routine checks. The C2 code adds an external round pressure gauge reading in psi, so the set pressure is visible at a glance.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 5 um element option (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G or NPT thread options to order. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the regulation range on this manual-drain version is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a bench-mounted pneumatic clamping fixture, this filter regulator cleans the shop air of water and grit and lets the setter dial in the clamp pressure with the round psi gauge, with a manual drain emptied during shift checks.
Feeding the cylinders on a small carton-sealing machine, the 40 um element protects valve seals from particulate while the regulator holds a steady downstream pressure so box flaps are folded with consistent force.
At a maintenance-shop spray bench, the unit strips water and particles from the compressed air feed ahead of the gun and the psi gauge lets the operator set the atomising pressure, draining accumulated condensate manually.
Start with the port: this unit is PT1/8, the smallest GFR port, so step up to a 300/400/600 size if your line runs larger ports or higher air demand - flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your demand and we will confirm the right size before you order. Drain choice matters: manual (this unit) needs someone to open the drain during checks, automatic drains without attention, and the default differential-pressure drain uses the pressure drop across the element. Filter grade is 40 um standard; choose the W code for 5 um where finer particulate removal is needed. Gauge is fitted here as an external round gauge reading psi; square embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options, and a mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
Manual drain means condensate collected in the bowl is released by opening the drain valve during routine checks, rather than ejecting itself. The GFR family is also available with automatic drain (code A) or the default differential-pressure drain, and the regulation range differs by drain type: 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) for this manual-drain unit.
