The AirTAC GFR200C06MF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/8 Manual Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06MF2G is a size-200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration carries a G1/8 port, a manual drain bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and a standard regulator adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). A mounting bracket is included; no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GFR series, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um optional element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G or NPT thread options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to a CNC machining centre's pneumatic tool-change and clamping circuits, with the psi gauge giving operators a direct local pressure readout at the machine drop.
Conditioning the air feeding conveyor stopper and carton-sealing cylinders on a packaging line, where the manual drain is serviced during scheduled changeovers and the 40 um element guards the valves.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to a bank of pneumatic control valves on a process skid, with the included bracket mounting the unit beside the manifold and the manual drain emptied at each inspection round.
Start with the port step: GFR200 with its G1/8 port suits the smallest branch lines; step up to GFR300/400/600 when the line and required flow grow. Choose the drain to match access: manual drain (this unit) needs someone to open the bowl drain periodically; automatic or differential-pressure drain suits points that are hard to reach. The 40 um element is standard; specify the 5 um W option where finer particulate removal matters. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar - this unit is psi) and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this unit is G-threaded. A bracket is included, and a reverse/check valve can be specified on other codes. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, SCFM or Cv number. Send us your line size and application and we will confirm the relevant flow and datasheet figures on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain bowl: condensate is released by opening the drain at the bottom of the bowl. Choose manual where the unit is easily accessible and someone already services the point regularly; choose the automatic or differential-pressure drain option where the unit is mounted in a hard-to-reach position. Note that with a manual drain the regulator adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
