The AirTAC GFR200C06MJNWTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06MJNWTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates the downstream pressure. This configuration is the 200 size with a 1/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W, against the 40 um standard), a manual-drain metal bowl, and a built-in reverse/check valve (code K). No pressure gauge is fitted and no mounting bracket is supplied. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulating range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge and thread (PT standard; G and NPT as order options). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use air preparation for a small pneumatic press: the 5 um element strips water and particulates before the directional valve, and the regulator sets the supply to what the cylinder circuit needs. The manual drain suits a shop where an operator bleeds the bowl during changeover.
Feeds the clamp and sealing-jaw actuators on a packaging machine. The check valve helps hold the downstream setting if the main supply dips, and the compact 1/8 in port suits a compact drop off the machine's air header.
A filtered, regulated branch feeding solenoid valves, air chucks and cleaning guns around a machine tool. The 5 um grade protects fine valve internals, and the manual-drain metal bowl is emptied as part of routine maintenance rounds.
Within GFR200 the real, decodable choices are: port size (06 is 1/8 in here; stepping up to 300, 400 or 600 brings 1/4 in through 1 in ports as flow demand rises); drain type (differential-pressure as standard, automatic, or manual as on this unit); filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W, fitted here); gauge (none on this unit; an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales is orderable); thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order); and bracket (omitted with code J). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and correct sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
GFR is the filter-regulator family; 200 is the size; 06 is the 1/8 in port; M is a manual drain; J means no mounting bracket; N means no gauge is fitted; W is the 5 um filter element (the standard is 40 um); T is the NPT thread (PT is standard, G and NPT are order options); and K means a reverse/check valve is fitted.
