The AirTAC GFR200C08JC2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08JC2T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one compact body. This size 200 unit is fitted with a 1/4 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds accumulated condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element rises. Pressure is set within the 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range and read on the round gauge supplied in a psi scale. No mounting bracket is included with this configuration.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200 to 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and is available with manual or automatic drains, a 5 um element (code W), square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds a clamping cylinder circuit on a CNC fixture, where clean, dry air and a steady clamping pressure protect part repeatability across the shift.
Conditions and regulates the instrument-air feed to pneumatic valve positioners on a process line, keeping the pilot pressure stable and free of condensate.
Mounted at the air inlet of a packaging machine's pneumatic manifold, filtering line debris and setting the header pressure for downstream directional valves.
Start with the port and size: this unit steps up from the 200 frame with a 1/4 in NPT port, and larger frames (300, 400, 600) carry larger ports and more flow capacity. Choose the drain to suit the installation: differential-pressure (as fitted here) needs no operator attention, automatic drains continuously, and manual drains suit lightly loaded lines. The standard element is 40 um; specify the W option for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. Gauges are offered embedded square or external round, in MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT as orderable options, and a bracket can be added if the code omits it. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this 1/4 in NPT unit on request before you order.
This configuration uses a differential-pressure drain, which discharges collected condensate automatically when the pressure drop across the 40 um element rises - no operator action needed. If your line runs continuously at high load, an automatic drain (code A) is the alternative; a manual drain (code M) suits lightly loaded or intermittently used installations where an operator can drain the bowl routinely.
