The AirTAC GFR200C08MLJNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08MLJNTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body, for compressed air only. This size-200 unit is configured with a 1/4 in NPT port, a metal bowl with manual drain, the standard 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type. A reverse/check valve is fitted, and no pressure gauge is supplied with this configuration. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), with an operating temperature range of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, thread options (PT standard; G and NPT to order), drain choices, a 5 um element option (code W), and gauge variants on other configurations. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the air feeding low-pressure actuation circuits on packaging equipment, where the low-pressure regulator type and 1/4 in NPT connection suit compact point-of-use supply lines.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to clamping cylinders on a bench-top pneumatic fixture, with the check valve helping hold the downstream circuit and the manual drain allowing scheduled bowl draining at shift checks.
Conditioning the air that drives diverter and stopper cylinders on a conveyor sorting line, removing water and 40 um-scale particulate before it reaches the directional valves.
Choose the size and port step (200 through 600, 1/8 in to 1 in) against the air demand of the circuit; this unit is the size-200, 1/4 in NPT step. Drain type is a real choice on this family: manual drain (as fitted here) requires someone to drain the bowl, while automatic and differential-pressure drains are available on other variants. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W; gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales can be specified on gauge-equipped variants, and threads come as PT (standard), G or NPT. Note that this is the low-pressure regulator type, and its exact adjustment range is not published in the material we hold - we confirm it on request. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to check the curve data against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number. Send us your application's air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request.
In this configuration the M code specifies a manual drain, so the bowl must be drained by hand at intervals, and the N code means no pressure gauge is supplied. Automatic or differential-pressure drains and gauge-equipped variants with MPa, psi or bar scales are available in the same family if your installation prefers them.
