The AirTAC GFR200C08MLJNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 5um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08MLJNWT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size-200 unit has 1/4 in NPT ports, a 5 um filter element (code W), a manual drain on the metal bowl, and the low-pressure regulator type. No gauge is fitted and no mounting bracket is included.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and options for differential-pressure or automatic drains, a 40 um standard element, gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G or NPT threads and mounting brackets. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and regulate the air feeding sealing-jaw cylinders on a horizontal flow-wrapper, where the low-pressure type suits gentle clamping forces and the 5 um element protects the downstream valve train.
Condition the supply line to a paint spray gun: the 5 um element helps keep water and particulate out of the finish while the regulator sets the low working pressure required at the gun.
Supply filtered, low-pressure air to small pneumatic actuators on a laboratory or QC test bench, with manual drain-off of collected condensate from the metal bowl at the end of a run.
The real choices in this family are the size and port step (200/300/400/600, 1/8 to 1 in) matched to the air demand; the drain type (differential-pressure as standard, automatic, or manual as on this unit); the filter grade (40 um standard, or 5 um with code W, fitted here); the gauge and its scale; and the thread (PT as standard, G and NPT to order - this unit is NPT). Brackets are optional. The low-pressure regulator type on this model does not have a published adjustment range, and flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the GFR200 datasheet on request.
This model carries code M, a manual drain: someone opens the drain on the metal bowl to release collected water. The GFR family is also available with a differential-pressure drain (the standard) or an automatic drain (code A) if you prefer not to drain by hand.
