The AirTAC GFR200C08MLJNWTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body, and this GFR200C08MLJNWTK is the size 200 unit with NPT1/4 (1/4 in) ports. It is built as the low-pressure type (code L) with a 5 um filter element (code W), a manual drain (code M) and a reverse/check valve (code K); no gauge is fitted and no mounting bracket is supplied. Condensate collects in the polycarbonate (PC) bowl and is bled off by hand.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options for thread (PT standard, G and NPT to order), drain type, filter grade and gauge. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a machining cell where pneumatic clamps close at reduced pressure, this filter regulator cleans the supply to 5 um and lets the clamp circuit run at its set pressure, with the fitted check valve blocking backflow toward the upstream side.
Small cylinders on a cartoning or case-packing machine that run below standard line pressure take air through this unit: water and particulate are removed before the directional valves, and pressure is set for the low-pressure actuators.
A laboratory test bench needing clean, regulated air at reduced pressure uses this unit at the bench drop; the 5 um element protects sensitive gear and the manual drain lets the operator bleed collected water after each session.
Size 200 with 1/4 in ports is the entry step of the GFR range; step up to 300, 400 or 600 when the flow curve for your line demands more. This unit is the low-pressure type (code L), and the exact adjustment range for that variant is not published here, so confirm it against your circuit with us before ordering. The 5 um element (code W) suits circuits with finer cleanliness requirements than the standard 40 um element. Drain is manual (code M): someone must bleed the bowl periodically; automatic and differential-pressure drain variants avoid that task. No gauge is fitted (code N); gauge options exist elsewhere in the series if you want a visual setpoint. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the series standard and G (BSPP) is also available. No mounting bracket is included (code J). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and upstream/downstream pressures and we will confirm from the datasheet whether size 200 with 1/4 in ports suits your application.
Condensate collects in the polycarbonate bowl and must be drained by hand at intervals you set based on duty and humidity. If you would rather not do that, the GFR series is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains - tell us and we will quote the variant.
