The AirTAC GFR200C08MLNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT1/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C08MLNWT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in one body, in size 200 with a 1/4 in NPT port. This configuration carries a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two grades offered), a manual drain that is emptied by hand during routine maintenance, and the low-pressure regulator type. No gauge is fitted and no reverse/check valve is included; a mounting bracket is supplied. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be ordered with a manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to grippers and small cylinders on assembly and packaging machines, with the 5 um element protecting downstream valves from fine particles and condensed water.
A clean, pressure-controlled supply at the bench for test rigs and instruments that need air free of water and fine particulate, with the setting adjusted by hand at the unit.
A single filter-regulator where the plant air ring feeds one machine, giving that machine its own filtration and pressure setting without the lubricator stage of a full F.R.L. set.
Choose the size (200/300/400/600) and port whose flow curve covers your demand at your working pressure - the step up in size brings a larger port and more flow capacity. Within the family you also select the drain type (manual, automatic or differential-pressure), the filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um with code W), a gauge with MPa, psi or bar scale if wanted, and the thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are catalogue options). This unit is already fixed at 5 um filtration, manual drain, low-pressure regulator type, no gauge and NPT 1/4 in, with bracket included.
Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application from the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so no flow number is quoted here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow data for the GFR200 size at your working pressure from the datasheet.
The M in the code GFR200C08MLNWT means a manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand as part of routine maintenance. The GFR family is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains under different codes, so you can order a version suited to installations where manual draining is impractical.
