The AirTAC GFR200C08NWT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1/4 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08NWT is a size-200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your set point in one compact body. This configuration is threaded NPT1/4 (1/4 in), carries the finer 5 um filter element (code W), and drains condensate by differential pressure, so it needs no manual draining under normal duty. No gauge is fitted (code N) and no reverse/check valve is included; a mounting bracket is supplied.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, PT as standard thread and G or NPT as order options, plus a choice of drain type, filter grade, gauge and scale. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds clean, regulated air to vacuum ejectors and small gripper cylinders on PCB assembly lines, where the 5 um element protects fine components from water and particle carryover.
Sits at the drop of a bench press or clamping fixture, filtering condensed water from the shop main and holding a steady set point so cycle force stays repeatable.
Conditions air ahead of spray-gun stations, stripping water and particulate that would otherwise blemish finish work while regulating delivery pressure to the gun.
Start with the port step: this unit is the 1/4 in NPT size-200 frame, so step up to GFR300/400/600 if your line runs larger ports or heavier air demand. Choose the drain to match the installation: differential-pressure (this unit) drains itself against the flow, automatic drains without operator action, and manual suits occasional checks. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (W) as fitted here for finer protection; gauge and scale (square embedded or external round, MPa/psi/bar) are order choices, and PT is the standard thread with G and NPT available. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can honestly quote. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet curve and sizing for this 1/4 in unit on request before you order.
W is the finer 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard, chosen when downstream equipment needs cleaner air. The N code means no gauge is fitted; if you want to read the set point at the unit, order a variant with the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scale.
