The AirTAC GFR300-10 AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8" NPT Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-10 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets a stable downstream pressure in a single 300-size body. This configuration carries a 3/8 in NPT port, the low-pressure regulator type for circuits that run below standard shop-air settings, a 40 um standard filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate as flow passes through, and an embedded square gauge scaled in bar. No mounting bracket is fitted and no reverse (check) valve is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GFR300 series, one size within a range that spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and full datasheet details against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

A low-pressure regulated air supply keeps swing clamps and hold-down cylinders on a robotic weld fixture closing gently, with the 40 um element stopping weld-grit and pipe scale from scoring the clamp seals.
Feeding a paint line's spray booth, the unit strips water and compressor carryover before the coalescing stage and holds the low atomising pressure the gun manifold needs, with the bar-scaled gauge giving the painter a direct reading.
On a carton-sealing conveyor, the low-pressure type supplies the sealing and tucking cylinders at reduced pressure while the differential-pressure drain clears condensate that collects during long continuous runs.
Start with the port step: 300-size covers 3/8 in here, and the 200/400/600 sizes step port and body size up or down - match the size to the flow your line needs, which we can confirm from the published curves. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (as decoded here) suits continuous flow, automatic (code A) drains unattended, manual (code M) gives operator control. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify W for the 5 um element where finer protection is needed. This unit is the low-pressure type (code L) - if your circuit runs at conventional regulated pressures, the standard type is the alternative. The embedded square gauge is fitted here with a bar scale; MPa and psi scales and an external round gauge are options. Thread is NPT in this build; PT is the catalogue standard and G is also orderable. Brackets are optional (this unit has none, code J).
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your line's flow demand and working pressure and we will confirm from the datasheet whether this 300-size, 3/8 in NPT unit is correctly sized before you order.
The L in GFR30010LJF3T marks the low-pressure regulator type, intended for circuits that run below conventional shop-air regulated pressures. The exact adjustment range for the low-pressure type is not published on our sheet, so ask us to confirm it against your setpoint; the standard type is the alternative for ordinary pressure settings.
