The AirTAC GFR300-10 AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/8, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-10 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 300-size unit carries a G3/8 (BSPP) port with G thread, a 40 um standard filter element, and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough. The built-in regulator adjusts from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the embedded square gauge reads in psi so you can set working pressure at a glance. A reverse/check valve is fitted, holding downstream pressure if the supply is interrupted, and the PC (polycarbonate) bowl lets you see the condensate level. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, thread options (PT standard; G and NPT to order), drain types (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 5 um element (code W) where finer filtration is needed, and gauge scale options. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to a machining centre's pneumatic tool-changer and clamping circuits, where the 40 um element keeps chips of scale and pipe rust out of the valves and the psi gauge lets maintenance set the machine's working pressure exactly.
Conditioning the air that drives conveyor stop-gates and carton-closing cylinders on a packaging line, with the check valve holding the actuators' set pressure during a supply dip so the line does not drop its sequence mid-shift.
A point-of-use filter regulator at an assembly bench air drop, where the polycarbonate bowl shows accumulated water at a glance and the differential-pressure drain clears it without the operator having to open a drain valve every shift.
Size and port step up with flow demand: 200, 300, 400 and 600, with ports from 1/8" to 1". This 300-size unit is the G3/8 step. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure (this unit) drains itself during normal pressure swings, automatic drains continuously, and manual suits panels you visit anyway. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the W code for the 5 um element if downstream equipment needs finer filtration. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar) - this unit reads psi - and an external round gauge is available where the embedded square gauge is hard to see. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options; a mounting bracket is included with this unit.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so we cannot honestly quote one number here. Send us your application's flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the datasheet curve for this 300-size, G3/8 unit on request before you order.
This unit's differential-pressure drain opens to expel condensate when the pressure drop across the 40 um element rises as the bowl fills, so it needs no operator attention in normal service. If you want continuous draining regardless of differential, choose the automatic-drain code; if the unit sits where someone opens the bowl anyway, the manual-drain code is the simpler choice.
