The AirTAC GFR300-10 AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT 3/8, Low Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-10 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 300-size unit is fitted with a 3/8 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, and an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and this configuration includes a round pressure gauge with MPa scale, a reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, thread options (PT standard; G and NPT to order), drain types, filter grades (40 um standard, 5 um with code W) and gauge styles and scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR300 | G-series filter regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds and regulates the air to clamp cylinders on a CNC fixture, holding a set low-pressure clamp force while the 40 um element keeps debris out of the clamping valves.
Conditions the air feeding low-pressure applicators or test rigs, with the automatic drain clearing condensate during continuous runs and the MPa gauge giving a visible setpoint.
Regulates air to sorting and diverting actuators along a packaging conveyor, with the check valve holding the downstream circuit and the bracket simplifying panel mounting.
Choose the size and port step (200 through 600) against the air demand of your line; the 300 size with its 3/8 in NPT port suits mid-range supply points. Where a bowl is fitted you can select the drain: automatic (this unit, for unattended condensate removal), manual, or the differential-pressure default. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) for finer protection. Gauge style (embedded square standard, external round optional) and scale (MPa, psi or bar) are selectable, as are thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) and the bracket. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet on request.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type; the exact adjustment range for this variant is not published in the standard table, so we confirm it on request. The A in the code means the bowl has an automatic drain, which ejects condensate without manual intervention.
