The AirTAC GFR300-10 AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300-10 is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body, with a drain bowl but no lubricator. This unit is the low-pressure (L) type with a 3/8 in NPT thread, a differential-pressure drain, the standard 40 um filter element and an embedded square gauge scaled in bar. A reverse/check valve (K) is fitted, and this configuration is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl on this size is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, in PT (standard), G and NPT threads, with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, and gauge and bracket options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clamp cylinders on a welding or machining fixture that runs at reduced regulated pressure rather than full line pressure, with the check valve fitted where the circuit calls for one and the 40 um element keeping rust and pipe scale out of the clamp valves.
Point-of-use conditioning for a machine-tool vise or fixture circuit: the filter stage removes water and particulate before the regulator stage, and the bar-scaled square gauge gives the operator a direct local pressure readout at the machine.
Supplying the small diverting and stopper cylinders on a packaging or sorting conveyor, where the low-pressure type regulator sets a gentler working pressure for light-duty actuators and the differential-pressure drain handles condensate collected in the bowl.
Every choice on this family is decodable from the code. Size and port step up together (200 to 600, 1/8 to 1 in), so pick the size against the flow your line needs. Drain type is differential-pressure here but can be ordered automatic (A) or manual (M); filtration is 40 um standard or 5 um with W; the gauge is the embedded square type here, with an external round gauge and MPa, psi or bar scales available; thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options; and J removes the bracket. This unit carries L, the low-pressure regulator type, so match it to circuits regulated below the standard range. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve and the correct size on request before you order.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type, so this unit is intended for circuits regulated below the standard range; AirTAC does not publish an exact range for this variant, and we can confirm details on request. K means a reverse/check valve is fitted. The F3 means the embedded square gauge with a bar scale, and J means no mounting bracket is supplied.
