The AirTAC GFR300-10 AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-10 is a 300-size filter regulator that cleans compressed air and controls downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has NPT 3/8 in ports, a manual drain bowl, a 40 um filter element, an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, a reverse/check valve fitted, and the low-pressure regulator type, so it suits circuits where the working pressure sits in the lower part of the range. The maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, and a choice of gauge scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to the wrapper and sealing heads of a packaging line that runs at reduced pressure, with the manual drain cleared during shift-end checks.
Conditions the air feeding pop-up diverters and gate cylinders on a conveyor system, keeping water and particulate out of the valves while holding a low regulated setpoint.
Serves a bench air drop in a laboratory or test cell, filtering the shop supply and regulating it down to the gentle pressure that pneumatic bench fixtures and sample clamps need.
Size 300 with 3/8 in NPT ports is the mid-range step in the GFR line: step up to 400 or 600 or down to 200 according to the flow your line needs, matching the port to your existing pipework. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type, which is the right choice when the controlled pressure stays in the lower band - ask us to confirm the exact adjustment range for your setpoint. The manual drain means an operator opens the bowl drain during checks rather than relying on an automatic or differential-pressure mechanism, and the 40 um element is the standard grade; specify W for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. The square gauge is scaled in MPa (psi and bar scales are order options), the reverse/check valve is fitted, and a mounting bracket is included. PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are catalogue options ordered by suffix. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and the flow your application needs and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
The L in the code makes this the low-pressure regulator version, intended for circuits controlled in the lower pressure band; the exact adjustment range is not published on our sheet, so confirm your setpoint with us. The M in the code is a manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand during maintenance instead of automatically, and with a manual drain the regulator's adjustment range differs from the automatic/differential-drain versions.
