The AirTAC GFR300-10 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/8 - 40 um, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-10 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This 300-size unit is fitted with a 3/8 in PT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically as flow passes through, and a polycarbonate bowl. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), an external round gauge scaled in psi is fitted, and a reverse/check valve is included to hold downstream pressure when the supply is lost. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, manual or automatic drain options, a 5 um element (code W), square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and G or NPT thread variants. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the take-off feeding an assembly cell's air mains, the GFR300-10 cleans water and scale from the header supply and holds a set working pressure for the tools and actuators downstream, with the check valve holding the circuit if the main supply drops.
Mounted ahead of a CNC machining centre's pneumatic circuit, the unit removes condensate and particulate from shop air and regulates the pressure feeding tool-change clamps and air-assisted spindle seals, with the psi gauge giving the operator a direct setpoint readout.
Fitted at the inlet of a packaging conveyor's pneumatic panel, the filter regulator conditions the supply to the cylinders and grippers that index cartons, protecting seals from water carryover while the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate off the line without manual attention.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this 300-size unit carries a 3/8 in PT port, and the GFR range steps up through sizes 400 and 600 for larger flows. The 40 um element on this model suits general plant air; specify the W variant if the application needs 5 um filtration. Drain choice matters: the differential-pressure drain fitted here needs no attention during operation, while manual and automatic drain variants are available. The round psi gauge fitted here can be swapped for a square gauge or an MPa/bar scale, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads can be ordered in place of PT. Note that this configuration has no mounting bracket (code J). Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet on request.
K indicates a reverse (check) valve is fitted. It holds the regulated downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost, which is useful on circuits where a momentary supply drop must not release clamps or drop a load. Units without the K code have no check valve.
