The AirTAC GFR300-10 AirTAC Filter Regulator, PT3/8, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300-10 is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body, sized for 3/8 in (PT3/8) ports. It removes water and particulate from compressed air with the standard 40 um element, then regulates downstream pressure with its low-pressure regulator type. This configuration carries a manual drain, so the PC (polycarbonate) bowl is emptied by hand when collected moisture builds up, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi for direct set-point monitoring. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. No mounting bracket is included with the J suffix.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR line is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port, thread (PT standard; G and NPT as order options), drain type, filter grade and gauge scale. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a CNC fixture line where clamps must be held at a reduced, gentle pressure, the GFR300-10 filters the shop air and regulates the clamp cylinders at a low set-point, with the psi square gauge giving the operator a visible reference.
Feeding cylinders and grippers on a cartoning or case-packing conveyor, this filter regulator removes water and 40 um-scale particulate before the valves and holds a stable low supply pressure to protect seals and keep motion repeatable.
On a drying or cleaning station using low-pressure air knives or nozzles, the GFR300-10 conditions the line and lets the operator dial in the reduced working pressure, with the manual drain emptied during routine checks.
Start with size and port: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity, so match the 3/8 in PT3/8 connection here to your piping and air demand. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (this unit) suits attended installations, while automatic and differential-pressure drains suit unattended duty. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify the W option for 5 um where finer particulate removal is needed. The embedded square gauge is standard and can be ordered in MPa, psi or bar scales, with an external round gauge as an option. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order; brackets are optional. Because this is the low-pressure type, confirm the set-point window you need with us before ordering. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet and check the sizing for you on request.
The M in the code GFR300-10MLJF2 specifies a manual drain: the PC bowl is emptied by hand when moisture collects. If the unit will sit where nobody drains it regularly, the same GFR300 size can be ordered with an automatic (A) or differential-pressure (default, blank) drain instead.
