The AirTAC GFR300-10 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/8, psi gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-10 is a 300-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is fitted with a 3/8 in PT port, a manual drain for emptying the polycarbonate bowl, a standard 40 um filter element, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. The regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and with choices of thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order), drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), gauge and scale, reverse/check valve and bracket. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on the air feed to a workshop pneumatic press, the GFR300-10 strips water and pipe-scale from the compressed air and holds a steady regulated pressure to the press cylinder, with the psi gauge giving the operator a direct reading at the setpoint.
Mounted ahead of the directional valves feeding conveyor diverters and packaging-machine actuators, this filter regulator keeps moisture and particulates out of the valves while letting the line supervisor set and hold the pressure the actuators were designed for.
Fitted at the point-of-use drop on a CNC machine tool's air circuit, the 3/8 in unit conditions the supply to clamps and tool-changer cylinders, with the manual drain allowing the maintenance round to bleed accumulated condensate from the bowl.
Size and port set the flow path: the 300 size with a 3/8 in PT port sits mid-range in the GFR line between the 200 and 400 units, so step up or down a size if your line runs a different port. Drain type is a real choice here: this unit has a manual drain, which suits installations where an operator can bleed the bowl periodically; choose the automatic or differential-pressure drain versions if the unit is mounted where regular access is impractical. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the W variant for 5 um filtration. The embedded square gauge reads in psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order, and this unit is supplied without a mounting bracket.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet flow curves on request before you order.
The M in GFR30010MJF2 specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the polycarbonate bowl is emptied by hand. The GFR300 series is also available with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain (blank), which suits installations without regular operator access. The manual-drain version also carries the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulation range.
