The AirTAC GFR300-10 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/8 with Round Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-10 is a size-300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a PT3/8 (3/8 in) PT-thread port, the standard 40 um filter element, and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the element rises. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, a round external gauge reading in psi is fitted, and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The polycarbonate bowl suits the 300 size (only size-600 units use an aluminium alloy bowl).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, an optional 5 um (code W) filter element, gauge style and scale, and G or NPT thread options to order. Rated flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, pressure-controlled air for the tool-change clamps and pneumatic actuators on a CNC machining centre, with the regulator set to the machine's specified supply pressure.
Filtered and regulated air for the pusher, stopper and clamp cylinders on a packaging conveyor, where the 3/8 in port serves a branch drop feeding several actuators.
A wall- or bracket-mounted conditioning point at an assembly bench, giving operators clean air at a locked, repeatable pressure for air tools and small pneumatic fixtures.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) and their port sizes (1/8 in to 1 in) according to the air demand of the line; the 300 size with a 3/8 in PT port sits in the middle of the range. Choose the drain to match maintenance access: differential-pressure (this unit, self-bleeding), automatic, or manual where you want controlled draining. Filter grade is 40 um as standard; specify 5 um (code W) where finer particulate removal is needed. Gauges are available embedded square or external round, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this model carries the round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a bracket is included.
Flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not a single rated number, so please ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm the datasheet figures for this model on request before you order.
It means an external round gauge is fitted, reading in psi. The embedded square gauge is the standard option, and MPa or bar scales can be ordered instead - just ask when specifying the model code.
