The AirTAC GFR300-10 AirTAC Low-Pressure Filter Regulator G3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-10 is a 300-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the low-pressure type with a 5 um filter element (code W), a manual drain on the polycarbonate bowl, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a G (BSPP) 3/8 in port; a mounting bracket is included. It is rated for compressed air at up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet and -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, and G or NPT thread options. Flow for the series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for cylinders and grippers on a packaging line: the 5 um element strips water and particles ahead of the valve island while the low-pressure regulator holds the circuit at the pressure the machine was set up for, with the psi gauge giving operators a visible setpoint.
Conditioning a lab air loop that feeds bench instruments and small pneumatic fixtures needing clean, low-pressure air. The manual drain lets a technician bleed the polycarbonate bowl at the start of each shift as part of the lab's routine checks.
Supplying sort gates and diverters on a distribution conveyor, where the low-pressure regulator keeps the gate cylinders within their set pressure and the included bracket simplifies mounting the unit at the line's drop point.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and the air demand of the circuit; the 300 size here carries a 3/8 in G-threaded port. Choose the 5 um element when downstream valves or instruments need finer filtration than the 40 um standard. The manual drain suits installations on a scheduled maintenance round; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available in the same size for unattended duty. The square gauge is fitted and reads in psi; an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scale is optional, and G or NPT threads can be ordered instead of the standard PT. Flow for the series is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: the bowl does not discharge condensate on its own, so an operator opens the drain to empty it. Choose it where a scheduled drain round is practical. Automatic and differential-pressure drains are available in the same size if you need unattended operation.
