The AirTAC GFR300-10AF3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-10AF3T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 300-size unit is threaded NPT3/8 (3/8 in), carries a 40 um filter element, and has an automatic drain that bleeds collected condensate from the polycarbonate bowl without manual attention. The built-in square gauge reads in bar, and the standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of 40 um or 5 um (code W) filtration, automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G or NPT thread options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so contact us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, pressure-regulated air to the directional control valve and cylinder circuit of a small pneumatic press or stamping cell, where the set pressure must hold steady stroke after stroke.
Conditioning the air supply to packaging machinery cylinders and grippers on a filling or cartoning line, keeping water and pipe-scale out of the valves while holding the working pressure the machine was set up for.
Filtering and regulating the supply to pick-and-place grippers and end-of-arm tooling on an assembly line, where a fixed, repeatable pressure setting protects consistent part handling.
Start with the port step: this unit is the 300 size with a 3/8 in NPT thread, one step up from the 200/1/4 in class - match the size to the air demand of the circuit rather than oversizing on guesswork, and ask us to check the published flow curves against your consumption before ordering. Drain choice matters in unattended installations: the automatic drain on this model (code A) suits duty where nobody walks past the unit daily; manual drain (M) suits attended cells; differential-pressure drain is the catalogue default. Filtration is 40 um as fitted here; specify 5 um (code W) only where downstream equipment needs finer protection. The square gauge on this unit reads in bar; MPa and psi scales and an external round gauge are order options. NPT is the thread on this code; G (BSPP) is available to order, and a mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a l/min or SCFM figure here. Send us your application's air consumption and working pressure and we will confirm the relevant datasheet curve and sizing on request before you order.
The A in the code GFR30010AF3T means the condensate in the polycarbonate bowl is discharged automatically, which suits installations that run unattended or are checked infrequently. If your cell is attended daily and you prefer to drain by hand, the M-coded variant of the same GFR300-10 unit is the equivalent choice; a differential-pressure drain is also available as the catalogue default.
