The AirTAC GFR300-10AJC2W AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/8 5um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR30010AJC2W is a size-300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is fitted with a 5 um filter element (code W) for finer filtration than the standard 40 um grade, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, a round external gauge reading in psi, and no mounting bracket. The port is PT3/8 (3/8 in, PT thread). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the polycarbonate bowl suits the 300 size.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G or NPT thread options, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the air feeding a press-shop punch or forming machine, keeping water and fine particulate out of the valve stack while holding a steady working pressure to the cylinders.
Conditioning the supply to conveyor-mounted packaging actuators and diverters, where the automatic drain handles condensate on a line that runs unattended through shifts.
Feeding filtered, regulated air to a robot cell's gripper and clamping circuit, with the 5 um element protecting sensitive pilot valves in the cell's pneumatic manifold.
Size and port step up with required flow: this unit is size 300 with a 3/8 in PT port. The 5 um element (code W) is the right choice when downstream equipment needs finer filtration than the standard 40 um grade; note that finer filtration can cost some pressure drop, so confirm against the application. The automatic drain suits unmanned or hard-to-reach installations; manual drain is the alternative where periodic attention is acceptable. The round psi gauge is an external option here - the embedded square gauge is the standard fitting, with MPa, psi or bar scales available. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options to order. No mounting bracket is fitted with the J code.
Because flow for the GFR series is published as curves and not as a single rated number, we do not quote a rated flow figure. Ask us to confirm the datasheet and check the sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a rated flow number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet and check the sizing for you on request.
The A code fits an automatic drain, which expels collected condensate from the bowl without manual attention - useful on unattended lines. The W code is the 5 um filter element, a finer grade than the standard 40 um, chosen when downstream equipment needs cleaner air.
