The AirTAC GFR300-15ALF1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300-15ALF1T is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body, removing water and particulate from compressed air and holding downstream pressure where the circuit needs it. This configuration is the 300 size with a 1/2 in NPT port, an automatic drain that clears condensate from the PC bowl without manual attention, a 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type for circuits that run below standard supply pressure. A square pressure gauge is fitted and reads in MPa, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series filter regulator family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT to order, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, standard or low-pressure regulation, and gauge options. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clamp and fixture cylinders on a machining cell that must run at reduced pressure: the 40 um element keeps pipe scale out of the valve seats while the automatic drain clears condensate from the main drop.
A 1/2 in NPT main air drop into a packaging or case-sealing line, where the low-pressure regulator type holds a gentle supply for delicate actuation and the automatic drain protects downstream components between shifts.
Conditioning air ahead of spray guns or coating heads in a finishing booth, where clean, particulate-free air at a reduced, steady pressure is the job and the MPa gauge gives operators a direct setpoint reference.
The real choices on this family: step the size (200/300/400/600) up or down to match the port and flow path your line needs; pick the drain - automatic on this unit, or manual or differential-pressure; choose 40 um standard filtration or the finer 5 um W element; and select the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) or an external round gauge instead of the embedded square gauge. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us against your circuit pressure. Thread here is NPT; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is orderable. A mounting bracket is included.
Flow for the G-series is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet flow curve before you order.
F is the square gauge fitted on this unit and 1 is the MPa scale. An external round gauge is available as an option, and psi or bar scales can be ordered instead of MPa.
