The AirTAC GFR300-15G AirTAC Filter Regulator, G1/2, 40 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-15G is a size-300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets a stable downstream working pressure in a single body. This unit has a G1/2 (BSPP) port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically when the pressure differential rises, and a standard regulator with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). A round pressure gauge scaled in psi is fitted so the set pressure can be read directly, and the polycarbonate bowl lets you see the condensate level at a glance. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is available with optional 5 um (W) elements, automatic or manual drains, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and G or NPT threads as order options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, pressure-set air to the pneumatic cylinders and grippers that operate carton forming, filling and sealing stations on a packaging conveyor line, with the psi gauge letting operators verify the set pressure at a glance.
Installed at the point of use on a factory air ring main, it strips water and pipe-scale from the compressed air supply and regulates the working pressure delivered to a production cell's air tools and actuators.
Conditions the shop-air feed to a CNC machining centre's pneumatic circuits - tool clamping, chip doors and coolant valves - combining 40 um particulate and water removal with a stable regulated supply pressure.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this GFR300-15G is the size-300 unit with a 1/2 in G-thread port. The drain type is a real choice - differential-pressure (this unit, standard) bleeds condensate on pressure differential, automatic (A) drains continuously, and manual (M) requires periodic draining; pick manual only where someone checks the bowl regularly. The 40 um element on this unit suits general plant air; specify the 5 um (W) grade where downstream valves or instruments need finer filtration. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - psi fitted here), thread (PT standard, G or NPT as order options) and bracket (not fitted on this unit) complete the decode. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number for this unit. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures for the GFR300-15G on request before you order.
The differential-pressure drain is the standard option: it automatically bleeds collected condensate from the bowl when the pressure differential rises, with no operator intervention. Choose the automatic (A) drain for continuous draining in frequently cycling lines, or the manual (M) drain where the bowl is checked regularly and a simpler unit is preferred.
