The AirTAC GFR300-15LJF1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300-15LJF1T is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built with 1/2 in NPT ports, the low-pressure regulator type, a 40 um standard filter element and a polycarbonate bowl with a differential-pressure drain, which is the default drain option. A square pressure gauge reading in MPa is fitted, and no mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, PT, G and NPT thread options, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and a choice of gauge styles and scales. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a CNC machining cell, this filter regulator sits in the supply line to the clamping fixtures, cleaning the air of water and pipe-scale particulate and holding the clamp circuit at the pressure the operator sets on the square gauge.
In a paint or powder-coating booth, filtered and regulated air keeps atomising supply steady at the gun. The 40 um element catches scale and rust particles while the differential-pressure drain clears the condensate that would otherwise mar the finish.
On a bottling or canning line, this unit conditions the air feeding grippers, diverters and stopper cylinders, keeping the supply pressure stable through each shift and letting the drain clear accumulated water without manual attention.
Size and port come first: this 300-size unit carries a 1/2 in NPT port, and stepping up or down a size changes both the port and the flow capacity, so match the size to the air demand of the circuit. Filter grade is 40 um as standard; order the W suffix for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. Drain options are differential-pressure (this unit), automatic (A) or manual (M). The fitted square gauge reads in MPa; an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales is optional. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) is also available to order. No mounting bracket is included (J). Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type. The exact regulation range for the low-pressure type is not published in the material we hold, so please ask us to confirm it against the datasheet. For reference, standard-type GFR units with differential-pressure or automatic drains adjust 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
