The AirTAC GFR30008MC1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30008MC1TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: a 300-size unit that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 1/4 in NPT port, a manual-drain polycarbonate bowl, a 40 um filter element, an external round pressure gauge scaled in MPa, and a built-in reverse (check) valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with the manual drain, and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR line spans four sizes (200/300/400/600) with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, PT, G or NPT threads, and choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, and check valve. We confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request, since flow is published as curves rather than a single rated number.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air for the pneumatic actuators on a carton-forming and sealing line: the 40 um element strips water and pipe scale before they reach the valves, and the regulator holds a steady setting so sealing cylinders repeat consistently.
Feeding the divert-air cylinders and pop-up stoppers on a distribution conveyor. The manual-drain bowl lets an operator bleed accumulated condensate at shift start, and the check valve holds the downstream setting if supply pressure dips.
A regulated drop at a pneumatic test bench or fixture station, where the round MPa gauge gives a clear local pressure readout and the 1/4 in NPT port suits standard bench tubing and fittings.
Size and port set the flow path: this is the 300 size with a 1/4 in NPT port - step up or down a size for a larger or smaller connection, and choose PT or G thread instead of NPT if your piping standard differs. Drain type is a real operating choice: this unit has a manual drain, which needs someone to open the bowl valve periodically; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available if you want condensate handled without attention. Filter grade is 40 um as standard, with a 5 um element (code W) for finer filtration. Gauges come as an embedded square type or an external round type, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; this unit carries a round MPa gauge and a reverse (check) valve, and a mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and the equipment you are feeding, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. If upstream supply pressure is lost, the check valve helps hold the regulated downstream circuit instead of letting it vent back through the unit - useful on circuits where a cylinder or clamp must not collapse on air failure. The rest of the code decodes as: 300 size, 1/4 in port, manual drain (M), round gauge on the MPa scale (C1), NPT thread (T).
