The AirTAC GFR30008MLF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR30008MLF2K is a 300-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is a low-pressure type, fitted with a manual drain on the polycarbonate bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a reverse (check) valve. The port is PT1/4 (1/4 in PT thread), and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, drain types (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 5 um optional filter grade (code W), and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm sizing and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, reduced-pressure air to pneumatic clamps on a CNC fixture line, where the low-pressure type keeps the hold-down circuit in its intended band and the psi gauge gives the operator a direct reading.
Supplies cleaned and regulated air to bag-sealing and heat-seal stations on a packaging line, with the manual drain bled during changeover and the check valve holding the set circuit if upstream supply dips.
Installed at a branch take-off on a factory air ring main to condition and step down supply for low-pressure actuators, air tables and jigs, with the 40 um element catching pipe-scale and condensed water.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 300 with a PT1/4 (1/4 in) port, and larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. This version has a manual drain, suited to installations where an operator can bleed the bowl at intervals; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available in the family if unattended drainage is preferred. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the W option for 5 um filtration. The fitted square gauge reads psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are options. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order, and the bracket is included.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so no single number can be quoted. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
M is the manual drain on the bowl, F2 is the embedded square gauge with a psi scale, and K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. The blank filter-grade position is the 40 um standard element, and the blank thread position is PT, with G and NPT available to order.
