The AirTAC GFR30010AJF1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Auto Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30010AJF1T is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air with the standard 40 um element, then regulates downstream pressure across a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range. This configuration has NPT3/8 ports, an automatic drain that discharges collected condensate without manual attention, a fitted embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, and no mounting bracket. The polycarbonate bowl is suited to the non-freezing -5 to 70 C operating range, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, thread options (PT standard, G and NPT to order), drain types, filter grades and gauge scales, so a matching unit can be specified for most supply-air points. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating; ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Mounted at the drop feeding clamp cylinders on a CNC fixture, the unit strips water and chips-laden particulate from the shop air and holds a steady regulated pressure so clamping force stays repeatable through the shift.
Installed at the take-off point feeding diverters, pushers and sealing cylinders on a carton line, it cleans the supply air and keeps actuator pressure consistent despite fluctuation in the header, with the automatic drain handling condensate on a line that runs unattended.
Fitted at a bench or cell drop serving impact wrenches, riveters and air hoists, it removes moisture before it reaches the tools and lets the operator set a stable working pressure at the point of use.
Size and port step up from 200 through 600, and the right step depends on the flow your line needs at the working pressure - we confirm sizing against the published curves on request. Drain choice matters in practice: the automatic drain on this model suits unattended or hard-to-reach installations, while manual and differential-pressure drains are available where a different service routine fits better. The standard 40 um element covers general plant air; specify the 5 um (W) grade where finer particulate removal is required. The fitted square gauge reads in MPa; psi or bar scales and an external round gauge are options. This unit carries NPT threads as ordered - PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also available - and is supplied without a bracket, so plan your mounting accordingly.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as performance curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number that could mislead your sizing. Tell us your working pressure and the flow your application needs and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet before you order.
This model carries code A, the automatic drain, which discharges collected condensate from the bowl without anyone opening it - useful on unattended or hard-to-reach installations. Manual and differential-pressure drain versions of the GFR300 are also available in the same size if your maintenance routine suits them better.
