The AirTAC GFR30010ALNT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30010ALNT is an AirTAC GFR300-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in one compact body. This configuration is size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT thread, a 40 um standard filter element, and an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without manual attention. It is the low-pressure (L) type regulator, supplied without a gauge, and includes a mounting bracket. The polycarbonate bowl lets you see the condensate level at a glance, and the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with an operating temperature range of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (W) element option, gauge and thread options, and standard or low-pressure regulator types. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR300 | G-series filter regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supply clean, regulated low-pressure air to the clamping cylinders that hold workpieces during machining, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the fixture circuit between cycles.
Feed the film-sealing and folding cylinders on a packaging line from one filtered, regulated drop point, so the sealing pressure stays steady through a full production shift.
Regulate the low-pressure air jets that clear dust and debris from belts and guide rails, with the 40 um element stopping particulate from blocking the nozzles.
Choose the size and port step against the air consumption of the machine or line the unit will supply: size 300 with a 3/8 in port sits in the middle of the GFR range, with smaller 200 and larger 400/600 steps either side. This unit is the low-pressure (L) type, so confirm the outlet pressure band you need suits that variant before ordering. The automatic drain on this model suits unattended duty; manual and differential-pressure drains are alternatives in the same series. The 40 um element is the standard grade, with a 5 um (W) element available where finer filtration is required. No gauge is fitted on this code; gauge and scale options exist on other codes. Thread here is NPT (T); PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is a catalogue option to order. A mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your air consumption and line conditions and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
In the code GFR30010ALNT, the A position selects the automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate on its own instead of relying on manual draining, and the N position means no gauge is fitted. Gauge options exist on other GFR codes, and the low-pressure (L) regulator type is also a decode choice within the series.
