The AirTAC GFR30010LC2WK AirTAC Low-Pressure Filter Regulator PT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30010LC2WK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This size 300 unit is piped PT3/8 and carries the W-grade 5 um element for finer filtration than the standard 40 um. It is the low-pressure regulator type, fitted with an external round gauge scaled in psi, a reverse/check valve, and the included mounting bracket. The polycarbonate bowl uses a differential-pressure drain, so condensate is expelled automatically as operating conditions allow.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, PT, G or NPT threads, and bracket options. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplying filtered, low-pressure regulated air to pneumatic clamps and vises in a machining cell, where the 5 um element protects seal surfaces and the reverse/check valve holds the circuit if supply pressure dips.
Feeding low-pressure air to sealing jaws and hold-down cylinders on a packaging line, with the round psi gauge giving operators a direct local pressure readout at the machine.
Providing clean, regulated low-pressure air to gauges, transducers and test-rig actuators on a lab or QC bench, with water and particulate removed upstream of sensitive devices.
Choose the size by the port and flow your line needs: size 300 here is PT3/8, and the GFR range steps through sizes 200 to 600 with larger ports for larger supply circuits. This unit is already specified with the 5 um (W) element instead of the standard 40 um, a differential-pressure drain, the low-pressure regulator type, a round psi gauge and a reverse/check valve. If you need a different combination, the same series offers automatic or manual drains, an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge scaled in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the datasheet curve for the GFR300 in the PT3/8 size before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type, intended where the controlled pressure sits below the standard type's usual range; the exact adjustment range for this variant is not published, so we confirm it from the datasheet on request. The C2 in the code means an external round gauge scaled in psi is fitted; an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, psi or bar is the alternative.
