The AirTAC GFR30010MC2 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/8, 40 um, psi gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30010MC2 is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration has a PT3/8 port, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain on the bowl, and a standard regulator adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the polycarbonate bowl suits the 300 size, a mounting bracket is included, and the fitted external round gauge reads in psi. Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the medium is compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT thread options to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air to the valve train and clamping cylinders of a small press cell, with the psi gauge giving the setter a direct reading at the machine.
Filtered, regulated air drops feeding sealing jaws and diverters on a packaging conveyor, with the manual drain emptied during scheduled line checks.
Point-of-use preparation for gripper and stopper cylinders on a bottling line, removing water and particulate before the air reaches the control valves.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) and their port codes (06 to 25) to match the line size and duty of your circuit; this unit sits at the 300 size with a 3/8 in PT port. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (as here) for attended draining, automatic or differential-pressure for unattended drops. Pick 40 um for general air preparation or 5 um (code W) for finer protection, set the gauge scale you want to read (MPa, psi or bar), and order G or NPT thread if PT does not suit the installation. A bracket is included on this unit. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code GFR30010MC2 specifies a manual drain, which you open by hand to expel collected water, so it suits installations that are checked regularly. The same GFR300 size is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains where unattended draining is preferred.
