The AirTAC GFR30010MC2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 3/8 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR30010MC2T is a 300-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. It carries a 3/8 in NPT port (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are order options), a manual drain on the bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, and a fitted round gauge reading in psi. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with manual drain, and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, thread types, drain types (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grades (40 um standard, 5 um optional) and gauge scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air feeding tool-clamp and tool-change cylinders on a machining centre, with the manual drain cleared during shift maintenance.
Supplying filtered, pressure-controlled air to carton-forming and sealing cylinders on a packaging line, with the psi gauge set at the operator panel.
Regulated air supply to pneumatic quarter-turn valve actuators on a water-treatment skid, protecting positioners from water and debris.
Size and port step up together: 200, 300, 400 and 600 give progressively larger ports and higher flow, so pick the size whose curve covers your required flow at acceptable pressure drop - ask us to confirm sizing against the datasheet before ordering. For this unit the choices already fixed in the code are: 300 size, 3/8 in NPT port, manual drain, 40 um element, standard regulator and a round psi gauge. If you prefer a different drain type, the finer 5 um element (code W), a square embedded gauge or MPa/bar scales, those are available in the family. Thread can be ordered as PT (standard) or G/NPT; a mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain, so condensed water is removed by opening the drain by hand rather than automatically. With manual drain, the regulator adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). If you want drainage without operator attention, the family also offers automatic and differential-pressure drain versions.
