The AirTAC GFR30010MJF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR30010MJF3WTK is a size-300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is built with a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a manual drain for the PC bowl, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, a built-in reverse/check valve, and 3/8 in NPT ports. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, PT (standard), G or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale options, and an optional mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Cleaning and regulating the shop-air feed to a machining centre's pneumatic tool-changer and clamping circuits, with the 5 um element protecting fine directional valves from particulate carryover.
Conditioning air at a spray-booth control panel, where the fine 5 um grade and a stable regulated pressure help the atomising valves and spray guns receive consistent clean air.
Feeding the cylinders and stopper gates on a cartoning or palletising conveyor, with the built-in check valve holding the regulated circuit if upstream supply dips.
Size 300 with 3/8 in ports sits in the middle of the GFR range: step up to 400/600 or down to 200 depending on the flow your line needs - we will check the published flow curves against your demand before you order. The 5 um element (code W) suits points of use that need finer particulate capture than the standard 40 um grade. The manual drain means an operator opens the bowl drain periodically instead of relying on automatic or differential-pressure action - a good fit where discharge is checked on a maintenance round. The square gauge is scaled in bar; MPa and psi scales are available if you prefer. NPT is specified here; PT (standard) and G threads are order options. This code carries no mounting bracket (J), so plan your own bracket if panel fixing is needed.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve and sizing for this unit on request.
The M in the code selects the manual drain: collected condensate is released by opening the bowl drain during a maintenance round, rather than discharging automatically. It is the right choice where drains are checked on a schedule. If you prefer hands-off draining, the same size is available with automatic or differential-pressure drains - ask us for those codes.
