The AirTAC GFR30010MLF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30010MLF2K is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air downstream of the compressor, then holds the outlet pressure at the level you set on the regulator. This configuration is the 300 size with PT3/8 ports, a manual drain bowl in polycarbonate, the standard 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type for applications that work at reduced supply pressures. The embedded square gauge is fitted with a psi scale, and a reverse/check valve is included to hold downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard, G and NPT as order options), drain types, filter grades and gauge scales. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air feeds clamp cylinders on a milling or drilling fixture, where the low-pressure regulator type holds a reduced clamp pressure and the check valve helps hold the setting if supply pressure dips.
A single filter regulator mounted at the drop feeding conveyor diverters and packaging heads, with the 40 um element protecting valves from water and particulate carried in shop air.
Installed where a branch off the main 3/8 in plant air line serves equipment rated below full line pressure, with the psi square gauge giving operators a direct local pressure readout.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the machine: this unit is a 300 with PT3/8 ports, one step up from the 200 size. The manual drain here means the bowl must be drained by hand on a routine you set - choose the automatic or differential-pressure drain variant instead if the installation is unattended. The standard 40 um element suits general air preparation; the 5 um (W) element is the option where finer filtration is required. The low-pressure regulator type is intended for reduced-pressure circuits; its exact adjustment range is not published in the material we hold, so confirm it with us before ordering. The fitted square gauge reads in psi (MPa and bar scales are the alternatives). PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are order options. A mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as characteristic curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your application and required flow and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: collected condensate is released by operating the drain by hand, so the bowl needs to be checked on a routine that suits your duty. If the installation runs unattended, the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain variants of the same GFR300 size are the alternatives to consider.
