The AirTAC GFR30010MLJNWTK AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT 3/8 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30010MLJNWTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air down to 5 um (the fine W-grade element rather than the standard 40 um), then regulates downstream pressure with the low-pressure type regulator. This configuration has a 3/8 in NPT port, a manual drain on the bowl that you open by hand to expel collected condensate, a built-in reverse/check valve, and no gauge or mounting bracket fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on this size 300 unit is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard; G and NPT as order options), drain types (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grades (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge options and bracket options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR300 | G-series filter regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the sealing jaws and actuated gates on a bagging or wrapping line, where the low-pressure regulator type and 5 um element protect the sealing hardware from water and fine debris.
Supplying clean, regulated air to clamp and unclamp cylinders on a machining centre fixture, with the built-in check valve helping hold the circuit and the manual drain allowing scheduled condensate removal at shift start.
Conditioning the air supply to pusher and diverter cylinders on a warehouse sorting conveyor, combining water/particulate removal and pressure regulation in one body to save panel space at the 3/8 in take-off.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port; if your line needs more or less flow capacity, the GFR family steps through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with matching ports. Choose the drain to match how the unit is serviced: manual (this model, opened by hand), automatic, or the differential-pressure default. Choose the filter grade: 40 um standard or 5 um (W) as fitted here for finer protection of downstream components. Note that this is the low-pressure type regulator; its exact adjustment range is not published in the material we hold, so confirm it with us before ordering if your setpoint is critical. Thread is NPT on this model; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option. Gauge (none fitted here, with MPa/psi/bar scale choices when specified) and bracket (none fitted here) are selectable on other configurations.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code means the bowl drain is opened by hand to expel collected water, unlike the automatic or differential-pressure drain options available on other GFR configurations. The N in the code means no pressure gauge is fitted; gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales can be specified on other variants of the same unit.
