The AirTAC GFR30010NT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30010NT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 3/8 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through, and a polycarbonate bowl suited to the 300 size. No gauge is fitted (code N), so outlet pressure is set against your own instrumentation. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of 40 um or 5 um (code W) filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, gauge options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air to a bench-mounted pneumatic press or clamping fixture, where the 3/8 in port feeds the cylinder supply line and the 40 um element keeps debris out of the valve stack.
Air preparation for carton-forming and case-sealing machines, where the filter regulator sits at the drop from the main header and the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate moving out during production.
First-stage conditioning ahead of solenoid valves and air bearings on a CNC or grinding machine, filtering water and particles and holding a set pressure without a local gauge on the unit itself.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this 300-size unit carries a 3/8 in NPT port, and the next step up (400) gives a larger port for higher demand. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (as fitted here) drains with flow, automatic (code A) drains on a cycle, and manual (code M) is emptied by hand. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify 5 um (code W) where downstream equipment needs finer protection. A gauge (square embedded or external round, in MPa, psi or bar scales) can be ordered where one is not fitted. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G is also a catalogue option. A bracket is included for mounting.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated number, so we cannot quote one honestly here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet figures and sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm the datasheet curves and check the 300 size and 3/8 in port against your demand before you order.
The code N means no gauge is fitted. You can set the regulator against your own downstream instrumentation, or order a GFR300 variant with a gauge: an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales. Ask us to quote the gauge option for this size.
