The AirTAC GFR30015ALJC2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30015ALJC2WK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: a 5 um filter element and a pressure regulator combined in one body, so water and particulate are stripped from the compressed air and downstream pressure is set from the same unit. This configuration is built for a 1/2 in PT port, drains condensate automatically, is the low-pressure regulator type, and carries an external round gauge reading in psi. A reverse/check valve is fitted, no mounting bracket is supplied, the bowl is polycarbonate, and the unit is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
It is a genuine AirTAC part, not a compatible copy. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and each size can be ordered with a different drain type, filter grade, gauge style and thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order). AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to the clamp cylinders on a CNC fixture, with the 5 um element protecting seal surfaces and the fitted check valve supporting the circuit between cycles.
Sits at the drop of a packaging line's air header to condition and regulate supply to the machine's cylinders, with the automatic drain clearing collected condensate during shifts.
Provides low-pressure regulated air to pneumatic transmitters and control valves on a pilot skid, with the round psi gauge giving a local reading for setup and checks.
Size and port set the air capacity: this unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in PT port, below the size 400 range - match the port to your existing piping and ask us to check the flow curves against your demand before ordering. The other choices are already fixed in this code: automatic drain (condensate is expelled without manual intervention), a 5 um element instead of the standard 40 um, a round external gauge scaled in psi, the low-pressure regulator type, a fitted reverse/check valve and no bracket. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT versions are order options.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your inlet pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The W in the code specifies the 5 um element instead of the standard 40 um, for finer particulate removal, and the A specifies an automatic drain that expels collected condensate on its own. Both are standard catalogue options on the GFR300; a manual or differential-pressure drain and the 40 um element can be ordered instead.
