The AirTAC GFR30015ALJNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2, 1/2 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30015ALJNTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This unit is the 300 size with 1/2 in NPT ports, a 40 um standard filter element, and an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention. It is the low-pressure regulator type and carries a reverse/check valve; no gauge is fitted and no mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with a choice of PT, G or NPT threads, drain types, filter grades and gauge options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet numbers for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR300 | G-series filter regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and regulate the air feeding a bank of directional control valves on a packaging or assembly machine, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the valve stations.
Supply filtered, regulated air to cylinder-driven conveyor gates and diverters, where the low-pressure regulator type matches circuits running at reduced setpoints.
Condition the air at a machine-tool drop feeding pneumatic clamps and fixtures, with the reverse/check valve holding the downstream circuit if supply pressure is lost.
Choose the size step (200/300/400/600) against the port and flow your line needs - here the 300 size with 1/2 in NPT threads. With a regulator in the body, drain choice matters: automatic drain (this unit) suits unattended duty, while manual and differential-pressure drains are the other catalogue options. The 40 um element is standard; specify the W code for the 5 um grade if finer filtration is required. A gauge is not fitted on this code; gauge and scale options exist on other variants. PT is the standard thread and G/NPT are order options.
Because catalogue flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures for the 300 size at your operating conditions before you order.
This code carries the N gauge option, so no gauge is fitted. Gauge options (embedded square, or external round in MPa, psi or bar scales) are available on other GFR variants - ask us to quote the code that includes one.
