The AirTAC GFR30015C1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 with Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30015C1TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is a 300-size unit with a 1/2 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, a polycarbonate (PC) bowl with differential-pressure drain, a round pressure gauge scaled in MPa, a fitted reverse (check) valve, and a mounting bracket included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include manual or automatic drains, a 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, a low-pressure type, and a check-valve variant. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use air preparation at assembly stations, where filtered and regulated supply feeds impact drivers, air ratchets and other handheld pneumatic tools on a 1/2 in drop leg.
Supplying clean, pressure-controlled air to pneumatic clamps, vises and tool-change actuators on machining centres, where a steady set pressure protects the clamping sequence.
Feeding pushers, diverters and stopper cylinders on a packaging or bottling conveyor, with the check valve holding downstream pressure if the upstream supply is interrupted.
Choose the size by the port and capacity step: 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes step up in port and flow capacity, so match the 1/2 in NPT port on this unit to your line size. Pick the drain: differential-pressure (this unit, the standard) vents condensate automatically as pressure drops, while automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are order options and change the regulator adjust range. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify W for 5 um when finer filtration is needed. Gauge scale is MPa here; psi or bar scales, a square embedded gauge, or no gauge (N) are options. Thread: PT is the AirTAC standard; G (BSPP) and NPT (this unit, code T) are order options. Bracket code J omits the bracket; this unit includes one.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your pressure and flow requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your line pressure and required flow and we will confirm from the datasheet whether this 1/2 in NPT unit suits your application.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, which holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost; units without K have no check valve. T is the thread code for NPT: PT is the AirTAC standard thread, and G (BSPP) is the other order option.
