The AirTAC GFR30015LF1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30015LF1TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air with its standard 40 um element, drains accumulated condensate automatically through the differential-pressure drain, and regulates downstream pressure with its low-pressure type regulator. This configuration has a 1/2 in NPT port, a fitted embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, a reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket included. The polycarbonate bowl lets you check the condensate level at a glance.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element option (code W), gauge scale choices and G, NPT or PT threads. We confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request, since flow is published as curves rather than a single rating.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds cleaned, regulated air to the forming, sealing and carton-closing cylinders on a packaging line, with the low-pressure regulator holding the reduced setting the machine's actuators are set up for.
Sits ahead of a workholding clamp manifold on a machining cell, filtering machining-air moisture and holding a low regulated pressure so delicate parts are held without distortion.
Prepares the air feeding diverter gates and stop cylinders on a sorting conveyor, removing water carried in the shop air line and regulating it to the low pressure the gate cylinders need.
Size the unit by the port and flow step: size 300 with a 1/2 in port suits lines running above the 1/4 in step, and larger sizes carry more flow - ask us to confirm sizing against your application, because flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure. Choose the drain type: this model uses the differential-pressure drain; automatic (code A) and manual (code M) versions exist. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify W for the 5 um element where finer filtration is needed. This is the low-pressure type (code L) for circuits regulated below the standard range. The gauge is the embedded square type scaled in MPa; external round gauges and psi or bar scales are options. The T in the code gives an NPT thread; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing against the datasheet on request.
The L in GFR30015LF1TK marks the low-pressure type regulator, intended for circuits regulated below the standard range; the exact range for this type is confirmed on request. The K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, and F1 is the embedded square gauge scaled in MPa.
