The AirTAC GFR30015LJC1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30015LJC1WT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built on the 300 size with 1/2 in NPT female ports, carries the W filter element (5 um filtration instead of the standard 40 um), and uses the differential-pressure drain, which bleeds accumulated condensate automatically as flow passes through - no daily manual draining. It is the L low-pressure regulator type, intended for circuits that need reduced setting pressures; the exact setting range for this type is confirmed on request. A round pressure gauge scaled in MPa is fitted, and the unit is ordered without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is offered with a choice of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread form (PT standard, G and NPT as order options) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a CNC machining cell with pneumatic clamping fixtures that must not be squeezed at full line pressure, this filter regulator cleans the supply to 5 um and holds a reduced, low-pressure setting at the fixture, with the fitted MPa gauge giving the operator a direct pressure readout.
At the drop of a spray booth, the 5 um element strips water and fine particulate that would otherwise fisheye the finish, while the low-pressure regulator sets the gentler atomising pressure the gun circuit needs and the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate off the line.
On a packaging line where small cylinders and actuators run continuously at reduced pressure, this unit filters and regulates the branch supply in one body, its differential-pressure drain handling condensate as flow passes, without a bracket taking up panel space.
Size and port step: the GFR family steps through 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in - step up a size where your circuit demands more flow, but note that flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against the application before ordering. Drain choice: differential-pressure (this unit, blank code) drains automatically with flow; automatic (A) drains regardless of flow; manual (M) needs periodic draining. Filter grade: 40 um is standard; this unit carries the W code for 5 um fine filtration. Gauge: embedded square gauge is standard, an external round gauge is optional, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit has the round gauge in MPa. Thread: PT is the standard; G (BSPP) and NPT (this unit, code T) are catalogue order options. Bracket: included by default, omitted with the J code as here. This is the L low-pressure regulator type; its exact setting range is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us before ordering if your setpoint is critical.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this exact unit on request before you order.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type, intended for circuits that need reduced setting pressures below the standard type's range. The exact setting range of the low-pressure type is not published in our sheet, so please confirm it with us. This unit is otherwise a 300-size filter regulator with 1/2 in NPT ports, 5 um filtration, differential-pressure drain and a round MPa gauge.
