The AirTAC GFR30015MJC2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/2, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30015MJC2K is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, in a single body. This configuration is a 1/2 in PT port unit with a manual-drain polycarbonate bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, an external round gauge reading in psi, and a reverse (check) valve fitted. It is supplied without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part in the 300 size of the G-series, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to a pneumatic press station in a machining cell: the 40 um element keeps swarf and condensed water out of the valve stack, and the psi gauge lets operators set and check the working pressure at a glance.
Supplying on/off pneumatic actuators on a process skid, where the regulator holds a steady setpoint for consistent actuator stroking and the fitted check valve holds the downstream circuit if the upstream supply dips.
Serving the air drops on a carton-sealing and palletising conveyor line: the 1/2 in port feeds several drop points, and the manual drain lets maintenance purge accumulated water from the bowl at shift start.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the line: this unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in PT port, and larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Drain type is a real choice - manual (as here, which also widens the regulation range to 0.05-0.9 MPa), automatic, or differential-pressure. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) for finer filtration. Gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar (this unit reads psi on an external round gauge), thread can be PT, G or NPT, and a bracket is optional (this unit has none). Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet and check the sizing against your demand before you order.
This GFR30015MJC2K has a manual drain: the polycarbonate bowl is purged by hand, and with manual drain the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Automatic and differential-pressure drain versions are also available in the series, with a regulation range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
