The AirTAC GFR30015MLC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 psi gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR30015MLC2TK is a 300-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 1/2 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl in polycarbonate, the standard 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type for circuits that run at reduced setpoints. It is fitted with an external round gauge scaled in psi and a reverse (check) valve, and the mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard; G and NPT to order), drain types, filter grades and gauge styles. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, we confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR300 | G-series filter regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds the pneumatic cylinders and air jets on a carton-forming and sealing line, filtering condensed water from the main supply and holding a reduced, stable working pressure set locally at the machine.
Supplies a pneumatic clamping fixture on a machining cell where the workpiece requires a reduced holding pressure; the low-pressure regulator type and psi-scaled round gauge let the setter dial in and read the setpoint directly.
Prepares air for divertor and stopper cylinders along a conveyor line; the fitted check valve holds the downstream circuit against upstream supply loss, and the manual drain bowl is serviced during scheduled line checks.
Start with size and port: the 300 size with its 1/2 in NPT port suits lines with higher air demand than the 200/1/4 in step, but sizing against required flow matters, so ask us to check the curve before ordering. Choose the drain to match access: manual drain (as here) needs someone to open it, while automatic and differential-pressure drains empty the bowl without attention. The standard element is 40 um; specify W for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar) and this unit carries the round external gauge in psi. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as orderable options - this code is the NPT build. The low-pressure regulator type is intended for reduced setpoints; confirm the exact range for your circuit with us, as it is not published as a single figure.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the GFR series is published as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the AirTAC datasheet before you order.
The L code selects the low-pressure regulator type, intended for circuits regulated at reduced setpoints; its exact range is not published as a single figure, so confirm it with us for your application. The M code selects the manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand, which suits stations visited during routine maintenance - automatic and differential-pressure drain versions are available if unattended drainage is preferred.
